Saturday, July 11 • Police assisted Rice County Social Services with a child protection investigation in the 1500 block of Judicial Road. • There was a physical fight between a male and a female in the 200 block of South Oak Street. • Shot gun and rifle shells were found in the 500 block of West Woodley Street.

Sunday, July 12 • There was a verbal dispute between two males in the 600 block of South Water Street. • An intoxicated male was transported to detox from the 500 block of South Division Street. • An adult female was bitten on the arm by a cat in the 2100 block of Ontario Circle. The cat was quarantined. • Police assisted Rice County Social Services in a child protection investigation in the 300 block of West Fifth Street. • Harassing gestures were made in the 900 block of Ensley Avenue.

Monday, July 13 • Robert Patrick Burke, 24, was arrested on a Scott County warrant in the 400 block of South Division Street. • A drunk male was transported to detox from the 500 block of South Division Street. • Peter Corliss Johnson, 23, was arrested on a Blue Earth County warrant in the 700 block of Eklund Court. • A bicycle was found in the 500 block of Laurel Court. • A driver’s license and miscellaneous cards were found in the 300 block of West Fifth Street. • A bicycle was found in the 300 block of West Seventh Street. • A red shopping cart was found in the intersection of Hwy. 3 and St. Olaf Avenue. It was returned to its owner.

Tuesday, July 14 • A bicycle was found in the 1300 block of Jefferson Road. • Verbal harassment was reported in the 200 block of Greenvale Avenue. • Matthew Jay Benson, 25, was arrested on a Rice County warrant in the 700 block of Koester Court. • Keys were found in the 300 block of South Division Street.

Wednesday, July 15 • A wallet was found in the 1200 block of South Hwy. 3. • Colton Joseph Reed, 19, was arrested on a Scott County warrant in the 300 block of North Water Street.

Thursday, July 16 • A Sony Handycam digital video camera was lost in the city of Northfield. • A dog found in the 1500 block of Creek Lane was impounded. • Daniel Juddson Lohmann, 19, was cited for underage drinking in the intersection of St. Olaf Avenue and North Spring Street.

Friday, July 17 • There was a verbal dispute between two females in the 300 block of South Poplar Street. • A bicycle was lost in the 300 block of North College Street. • A license plate was found in the 300 block of West Fifth Street. • Aaron James Frederick, 20, was cited for shoplifting in the 2400 block of South Hwy. 3.

Saturday, July 18 • Police assisted Dundas Police Department with an intoxicated individual in the 200 block of North Railway Street. • A cat found in the 500 block of South Division Street was impounded.

Sunday, July 19 • There were no injuries after three people were fighting in the 600 block of South Water Street. • A red folding chair was found in the 800 block of Forest Avenue.

Monday, July 20 • Harassing phone calls were reported in the 000 block of Park Drive. • Harassing phone calls were reported in the 800 block of Forest Avenue. • A cat found in the 800 block of East Second Street was impounded. • A driver’s license was found in the 400 block of South Division Street. • Verbal harassment was reported in the 500 block of South Water Street.

Tuesday, July 21 • Brett Michael Reynolds, 18, was cited for using fireworks in the intersection of South Division Street and East Jefferson Parkway.

Wednesday, July 22 • A juvenile female, 16, was cited for possession of drug paraphernalia in the 1000 block of Sechlar Park Road. • Charlie Mark Hussman, 21, was cited for curfew violation in the 1000 block of Sechlar Park Road. • Aaron James Frederick, 20, was cited for possession of marijuana, failure to obey a police officer, driving without headlights, curfew violation and possession of drug paraphernalia in the 1000 block of Sechlar Park Road. • A juvenile female 16, was cited for curfew violation in the 1000 block of Sechlar Park Road. • Mario Antonio Burciaga, 23, was arrested for fifth degree controlled substance crime in the intersection of Greenvale Avenue and North Spring Street. • Pedro Gonzalez Dunagan, 27, was arrested for fifth degree controlled substance crime in the intersection of Greenvale Avenue and North Spring Street. • Allison Marie Sicheneder, 20, was arrested for fifth degree controlled substance crime in the intersection of Greenvale Avenue and North Spring Street. • A bicycle was found in the 1200 block of Lupine Drive. • There was a verbal dispute in the 1400 block of Presidential Drive.

Thursday, July 23 • There were no injuries after a tree fell on a vehicle in the intersection of Woodley Street and Winona Street. • A wallet was found in the 1400 block of South Division Street.

Friday, July 24 • Amanda Sue Thompson, 28, was cited for possession of marijuana in the 2300 block of South Hwy. 3. • Robert Allen Pietz, 28, was cited for possession of marijuana in the 2300 block of South Hwy. 3. • A wallet was found in the 1100 block of South Hwy. 3 and returned to its owner. • There was a verbal dispute in the 1000 block of Ensley Avenue.

Saturday, July 25 • Adam William Dressel, 20, was cited for underage drinking in the intersection of North Manitou Street and St. Olaf Avenue. • James Edward Marsaw, 27, was arrested on a Hennepin County warrant in the 200 block of Greenvale Avenue.

Saturday, July 11 • There were no injuries after two vehicles collided in the 1500 block of Judicial Road.

Monday, July 13 • There were no injuries after two vehicles collided in the 600 block of South Water Street.

Friday, July 17 • There were no injuries after two vehicles collided in the intersection of West Third Street and South Plum Street.

Tuesday, July 21 • There were no injuries after two vehicles collided in the 1700 block of Cannon Road.

Wednesday, July 22 • There were no injuries after two vehicles collided in the 400 block of West Fifth Street. • There were no injuries after two vehicles collided in the intersection of South Maple Street and East Woodley Street.

Thursday, July 23 • There were no injuries after two vehicles collided in the intersection of South Lincoln Street and Heritage Drive. • There were no injuries after two vehicles collided in the 100 block of East Fourth Street.

Monday, July 13 • A train was spray painted on in the 400 block of East Fifth Street. • A cell phone was taken in the intersection of Meadow View Drive and Prairie Street. • A purse was taken in the 200 block of Greenvale Avenue.

Tuesday, July 14 • Cash was taken and unauthorized charges made on a debit card in the 800 block of Forest Avenue. • A wallet was taken and cell phone damaged in the intersection of Armstrong Road and Sechlar Park Road.

Wednesday, July 15 • Cash was taken from an unoccupied residence in the 700 block of Sibley Drive. There was no forced entrance.

Wednesday, July 15 • A vehicle was spray painted on and oily liquid poured on the hood in the 800 block of North Linden Street. • A purse was taken from the 600 block of North Spring Street.

Thursday, July 16 • A purse was taken from the 1800 block of Lake Drive. • There was no damage done after a patio was egged in the 1300 block of Jefferson Road. • A Nextar GPS, Canon camera, iPod and power cords were taken from the 1800 block of Michigan Drive.

Friday, July 17 • A gold wedding band was taken from the 300 block of South Poplar Street. • Seventeen street signs were spray painted on in the 900 block of Ensley Avenue.

Saturday, July 18 • Cigarette butts were put out on the hood of a vehicle in the 2000 block of North Orchard Street. • A bicycle was taken from the 1900 block of Roosevelt Drive. • A Nextar GPS, Razor cell phone, T-Mobile cell phone, tool box with tools and boom box were taken from the 1300 block of Heritage Drive. • A bicycle was taken from the 2000 block of Jefferson Road. • A golf club set was taken from the 900 block of Crocus Court.

Monday, July 20 • Two boulevard trees were damaged overnight in the 800 block of Abbey Road. • Unauthorized charges on a debit card were reported in the 1800 block of Truman Court. • A line was spray painted on a vehicle in the 400 block of North Lincoln Street.

Tuesday, July 21 • A vehicle window was broken out, two tires slashed, and a JVC car radio/CD player, Garmin GPS, iPod Touch, JL subwoofer, sound stream amp, Razor cell phone, radar detector, cap and sunglasses taken from a vehicle in the 1000 block of Ensley Avenue. • Construction tools were taken after a forced entry into an unoccupied construction trailer in the 1400 block of Heritage Drive. • Graffiti was written in black marker on the outside entry wall of a building in the 2200 block of South Division Street.

Wednesday, July 22 • A house was egged and a lawn spray painted on in the 1300 block of Blue Phlox Court. • A Valor stereo and kicker speaker with amp were taken from a vehicle in the 700 block of East Woodley Street.

Thursday, July 23 • A vehicle windshield was spray painted on in the 800 block of North Linden Street. • A garage was spray painted on and two garage door windows broken in the 700 block of North Linden Street.

Friday, July 24 • A juvenile male, 14, was cited for fourth degree property damage in the 1000 block of Ensley Avenue. • A juvenile male, 12, was cited for fourth degree property damage in the 1000 block of Ensley Avenue. • A juvenile male, 16, was cited for fourth degree property damage in the 1000 block of Ensley Avenue. • A park bench, playground equipment and a rock were written on with black marker in the 1000 block of Ensley Avenue.

Sunday, July 12 • Michael Robert Sjulstad, 31, was cited for failure to change name on driver’s license in the intersection of South Hwy. 3 and West Third St. • Ann Silver Rahn, 37, was cited for speeding in the intersection of West Fifth Street and Odd Fellows Lane. • Jennifer Ann Stumpf, 21, was cited for seat belt violation and no proof of insurance in the intersection of South Hwy. 3 and West Fifth Street.

Monday, July 13 • Kari Ariana Schreifels, 35, was cited for expired tabs in the 700 block of North Hwy. 3. • Christine Elizabeth Hurlbert, 23, was cited for expired tabs and arrested on a Dakota County warrant in the intersection of South Hwy. 3 and West Second Street. • Laura Ann Caruso, 31, was cited for driving after revocation in the intersection of South Hwy. 3 and Riverview Drive. • Christian Arthur Brumm, 33, was arrested for DWI test refusal in the intersection of East Fifth Street and South Washington Street.
