Delores E. (Hrdlicka) Johnson, age 83, of Le Sueur, formerly of Montgomery, died Wednesday Oct. 7, 2009, at Minnesota Valley Health Care Center in Le Sueur.

Delores was born June 10, 1926, in Kilkenny, Minn., to Peter and Anna (Frodl) Healey. She attended school in Kilkenny and Montgomery. Delores married George Hrdlicka Sr. on Aug. 2, 1947, in Kilkenny. She lived in Montgomery for more than 20 years, and the past eight years in Le Sueur. She worked at Malt-O-Meal Company in Northfield for more than 20 years.

Delores is survived by her daughter, Susan Ims of Northfield; two sons, James Hrdlicka of Apple Valley and Ronald Hrdlicka of Dundas; five grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; sister, Bernice Maxa of New Prague; brother, Gordon Healey of Glencoe; two sister-in-laws; and second husband, Lawrence Johnson of Le Sueur.

Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 10, 2009, at St. Andrew’s Catholic Church in Elysian. Interment will be in Cedar Hills Cemetery in Elysian. Visitation will be held from 10 to 11 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 10 at the church.
