Thursday, Dec. 17 • Paul Eugene Fredrickson, 22, was cited for possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia in the intersection of West Jefferson Parkway and Roosevelt Drive. • Tara Elizabeth Thompson, 27, was cited for two counts of domestic assault in the 1100 block of Cannon Valley Place. • A noise complaint was reported in the 1900 block of Adams Court. • Identity theft was reported in the 300 block of South Elm Street.
