Thursday, Dec. 17 • Paul Eugene Fredrickson, 22, was cited for possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia in the intersection of West Jefferson Parkway and Roosevelt Drive. • Tara Elizabeth Thompson, 27, was cited on two counts of assault in the 1100 block of Cannon Valley Place.
Saturday, Dec. 19 • Zachary Edward Tuma, 19, was cited for possession of alcohol in the intersection of Eveleth Avenue and Thye Parkway.
Sunday, Dec. 20 • Joel David Peterson, 19, was cited for underage drinking at St. Olaf College, Killdahl Hall.
Monday, Dec. 21 • Dylan Jon Richardson, 20, was cited for having a dangerous dog in the 2200 block of Hidden Valley Road. • A child protection call was made to the 2400 block of South Hwy. 3. • An animal found in the 100 block of North Plum Street was impounded. • A child protection call was made to the 2400 block of South Hwy. 3. • A domestic call was made to the 200 block of Greenvale Avenue.
